It contains suggestions about how to prepare for extreme weather events. It has checklists of suggested items for an emergency kit and an emergency plan. There are tips for what to do during and after an emergency.
You can write notes to supplement the checklists. At any time you can email a report of your choices and notes to an address of your choice. There is also a list of contacts you can use during an emergency along with links to their sites.
